- 1 Kings 19:5-8 - God ministers to the physical needs of Elijah
- 1 Kings 19:9-10 - God allows Elijah to be frustrated
- 1 Kings 19:11-12 - God reveals himself to Elijah
- 1 Kings 19:13-15 - Afterwards, God gives Elijah work to do
- 1 Kings 19:16-18 - Further assurance to Elijah.
