Numbers 12-13

 Scripture – Numbers 12-13

Observation – 

  • Numbers 12:1-16 - The murmuring of Mirian and Aaron.
    • Numbers 12:1-10 - Miriam's leprosy
    • Numbers 12:11-15 - Prayer from Moses
    • Numbers 12:16 - The Israelites stayed
  • Numbers 13:1-24 - Spies view the land
    • Numbers 13:1-16 - Send 1 man from each tribe
    • Numbers 13:17-20 - Instructions
    • Numbers 13:21-24 - They collected fruit
  • Numbers 13:25-33 - The Spies' report 
    • Numbers 13:25-27 - It is very bountiful
    • Numbers 13:28-29 - The people are giants
    • Numbers 13:30 - Caleb wants to take posession
    • Numbers 13:31-33 - The spies give a bad report

Application – The people think that the people are too strong

Prayer – Dear God, nothing is too strong for you. You are all powerful and all knowing. You don't even have to move a finger to destroy something. I trust in you. Amen.
