In the beginning of Isaiah 61 we get a description of the Messiah and what he will do. The first line says, "The Spirt of the Lord God is upon me"

For me, I am praying for the Holy Spirit to come upon me and work in me.  I pray that it would give me the desire to love God and serve Him only. I also pray that it would help me to hate sin.
