Isaiah 31-32

Observation – 

  • Isaiah 31:1-3 - The folly of trusting in Egypt
    • Isaiah 31:1 - Woe to those who look to Egypt
    • Isaiah 31:2-3 - The LORD is mightier than the Egyptians
  • Isaiah 31:4-9 - The LORD will defend Judah
    • Isaiah 31:4-5 - The LORD defends Mount Zion
    • Isaiah 31:6-9 - An invitation to repent
  • Isaiah 32:1-8 - Blessings from a new king
    • Isaiah 32:1 - A king comes
    • Isaiah 32:2-4 - The restoration of the king
    • Isaiah 32:5-8 - The righteousness and integrity of the king
  • Isaiah 32:9-20 - A call to prepare for the Spiritt
    • Isaiah 32:9-11- Women are called to repent
    • Isaiah 32:12-14 - The land mourns
    • Isaiah 32:15 - The Spirit is poured out
    • Isaiah 32:16-20 - Blessings brought by the Spirit
