• 1 Samuel 18:11 - Saul throws a spear at David
• 1 Samuel 18:12-16 - David is transferred from the palace to the army.
• 1 Samuel 18:17-30 - Saul sets a trap for David

Application – God is with you in the good and the bad. It is important to have good loyal friends.

Prayer – Dear God. You are a faithful God. You were with David in the good times and in the bad times. Help me to be faithful like you. To be faithful to my friends and to choose good friends. Amen.
