- Deuteronomy 28:5 - Blessed in your kneading and basket
- Deuteronomy 28:6 - Blessed when you go and leave
- Deuteronomy 28:7-14 - Promises
- Deuteronomy 28:7 - Your enemies will be defeated
- Deuteronomy 28:8 - Your land will be blessed
- Deuteronomy 28:9-10 - Your people will belong to God
- Deuteronomy 28:11-12 - Your produce will be blessed
- Deuteronomy 28:13a - Your status will be the head
- Deuteronomy 28:13b-14 - If you obey God's commands

- Deuteronomy 28:15 - You will be cursed if you don't obey God's commands
- Deuteronomy 28:16 - Cursed in the city and country
- Deuteronomy 28:17 - Cursed in your offspring
- Deuteronomy 28:18 - Cursed in your kneading and basket
- Deuteronomy 28:19 - Cursed when you go and leave

- Deuteronomy 28:20-24 - God will send diseases and curses
- Deuteronomy 28:25-26 - God will give enemies the victory
- Deuteronomy 28:27-37 - God will curse you and the things around you
- Deuteronomy 28:38-42 - God will curse your crop
- Deuteronomy 28:43-44 - God will make your status the tail
- Deuteronomy 28:45-46 - God will make you an example to your descendants
- Deuteronomy 28:47-52 - God will make nations attack you
- Deuteronomy 28:53-57 - God will make people eat eachother
- Deuteronomy 28:58-68 - God will spread you and desert you
Application – There are blessings for obeying God and curses for disobeying him
Prayer – Dear God. You are a holy and righteous God. You state clearly that if we don't obey you, we will be punished. Help me to obey your commands. Amen.
