 Scripture – Numbers 8-9

Observation –

•  Numbers 8:1-4- The seven lamps
• Numbers 8:1-3 - Mount the lamps
• Numbers 8:4 - How it was made
• Numbers 8:5-22 - Cleansing of the Levites
• Numbers 8:5-7 - Purify with water and shave them
• Numbers 8:8 - Take 2 bulls for grain and sin offerings
• Numbers 8:9-11 - Present the Levites before the Lord
• Numbers 8:12-13 - Offer the sin offering
• Numbers 8:14 - The Levites shall be separated
• Numbers 8:15-19 - The Levites are the Lord's
• Numbers 8:20-22 - They did as the Lord commanded them.
• Numbers 8:23-26 - Retirement 
• Numbers 8:23-24 - They shall perform from 25 and upward
• Numbers 8:25-26 - They shall retire at the age of 50
• Numbers 9:1-14 - The Passover
• Numbers 9:1-3 - When they shall observe the Passover
• Numbers 9:4-7 - People couldn't observe because they were unclean
• Numbers 9:8-12 - Unclean people can observe the Passover
• Numbers 9:13-14 - Whoever does not observe the Passover will be cut off
• Numbers 9:15-23 - The cloud on the tabernacle
• Numbers 9:15-17 - Cloud in the day fire in the night
• Numbers 9:18-23 - They move when the cloud moves

Application – God wants the Levites to be pure and His. 

Prayer – Dear God help me to stay pure and holy to you. Thank you for making that possible through your son. Amen.
